Intelligence Network Development Analyst
Job Responsibilities: Performs independent technical analysis, applying experience with the characterization of complex target networks and conducts exploitation of networks. Provides assessments on the structures, dynamics, and functions of networks at the small group to global levels, offering operational and strategic insights that can answer intelligence questions and direct collection efforts to close intelligence gaps. Performs research and analysis that enable organizations to inform strategic decisions, supports operations and planning through network and target development, drives intelligence operations through collection support, and optimizes the intelligence enterprise. Minimum Qualifications: Bachelor's degree and 3+ years of experience or 7+years of equivalent experience. Experience with network development analysis and HUMINT targeting within the IC or Combatant Command environments Experience conducting pattern of life analysis, social network analysis, and human factors analysis Experience working with SIGINT and HUMINT, and using high-side tools and databases, including Analyst Notebook, DataXplorer, FADE MIST, BODHI Ability to develop high-quality deliverables, complex written products, and formal or informal briefings tailored to clients, including tactical to strategic levels such as actionable leads Ability to apply flexible research methodologies to complex, open-ended problems
