Our client is seeking a Strategic Program Manager for a high-visibility, 6-month contract based in PA to lead a large-scale Enterprise Client technology portfolio and CRM transformation.Duration: 6 Months (Contract)Location: Phoenixville, PA (hybrid) Pay : $70-75/hr The Mission: Act as the central lead coordinating multiple business and technology workstreams, driving CRM adoption/change management, and managing executive-level reporting.What You’ll DoPortfolio Leadership: Coordinate cross-functional workstreams, track dependencies, and manage program risks.CRM & Change Management: Support CRM rollout activities, vendor analysis, and user adoption/training strategies.Executive Visibility: Create dashboards and deliver concise status presentations for VP and C-level stakeholders.Experience with change management activities, including:User adoptionTraining supportProcess designStakeholder engagementWhat We’re Looking For5+ years of strategic program management or digital transformation experience.Proven experience supporting CRM implementations (Salesforce, Dynamics, etc.) and driving user adoption.Exceptional executive communication and stakeholder management skills.#TECH
