This role sits within a broader training and continuous improvement team and plays a key part in driving employee capability, engagement, and performance. The manager will genuinely care about team development, lead inclusively, and empower collaboration while applying strong business acumen, analytical insights, and systems expertise to deliver impactful learning.* Our flexible/ hybrid work schedule includes 3 in-person days at one of our core locations and 2 remote days. Our core office locations include Salisbury, NC, Quincy, MA, Carlisle, PA, Scarborough, ME, Hyattsville.Essential job functions:Design and maintain engaging, scalable training materials across multiple formats (digital, instructor-led, microlearning) to meet diverse learner needs. This includes applying analysis and insights to identify gaps and opportunities, ensuring content not only meets compliance and business goals but also evokes curiosity and inspires learners to adopt best practices. The goal is to create learning experiences that drive operational excellence and support strategic priorities.Oversee learning management systems (LMS) and other digital platforms to ensure seamless delivery and tracking of training programs. This involves leveraging systems and technology to improve usability and reporting, collaborating with IT and vendors to resolve issues, and wrestling with challenges constructively to optimize functionality.
