Coil Machine Setup Operator 2nd ShiftBosch Home Solutions is seeking a Coil Machine Setup Operator. This position performs setup, operates, maintains troubleshoots and makes minor adjustments to Coil Machines and equipment including Fin Press, expander press and hairpin tubing press for production.Key ResponsibilitiesRead, communicate, and understand Operational Method Sheets (OMS) and job instructionsHandle materials to and from workstation and prepare equipment for productionSet up and operate fin press, expander press, and hairpin tubing pressDetermine need for tool and die care and perform required maintenanceMaintain quality standards and report material shortagesKeep workstation organized and in proper working orderMaintains quality standards including first and last part inspection or parts produced against OMS and/or specifications.Maintain a clean and organized work area.Follow all safety protocols and company procedures.Other duties as assigned.Your ProfileHigh school diploma or equivalent requiredPrevious experience operating machineryAbility to read OMS and quality specificationsExcellent attention to detailCommitment to workplace safety and continuous improvement supportEqual Opportunity Employer, including disability / veterans*Bosch adheres to Federal, State, and Local laws regarding drug-testing.
