LOCATION: Keller, TX  CLIENT: Premier Rehab Physical Therapy SETTING: OP Ortho START DATE: Early May GUARANTEE: 40hrs GTE ASSIGNMENT LENGTH: 13 weeks REQUESTED EXPERIENCE: Open to strong NG that worked in clinical w/ similar caseload STAFF: PT/PTA’s onsite EMR:  Web PT CASELOAD / PATIENT SCHEDULING: Average 12-15 PPD. 45min appts - 1.5 per hour Documentation done at point of service. Tech and floating techs for assistance. SCHEDULE: 5x8s Mon-Fri; may have 4x10 option that can be discussed on PIV ADDITIONAL INFO:  Multiple TOA have worked with this group.   SUBMISSION REQUIREMENTS: TX or Compact license, OP exp info. COVID VACCINE REQUIRED?
