Role Description The Lead Aircraft Detailer is a full-time, on-site role located in Houston, TX. The role involves overseeing and performing aircraft detailing services such as exterior cleaning, paint polishing, leather conditioning, and applying protective coatings. Responsibilities include leading the detailing team, ensuring adherence to safety and quality standards, training team members, and coordinating schedules and tasks for efficient operations. Additionally, the role requires maintaining communication with staff and clients to ensure service excellence while meeting deadlines. Qualifications Proficiency in cleaning, polishing, and detailing techniques specific to aircraftExperience in safety protocols, quality control measures, and equipment handlingStrong leadership and teamwork skills with the ability to train and manage team members effectivelyExcellent time-management, problem-solving, and organizational abilitiesStrong attention to detail and commitment to delivering premium servicePhysical stamina, with the ability to perform manual tasks, including lifting and standing for extended periodsPrior experience in aircraft detailing or automotive/industrial detailing is highly preferredA valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
