Join us to pursue your passion and unleash your potential.OverviewProduct Operations Managers are primarily responsible for leading cross-functional initiatives and ensuring the operational readiness for new product launches and key product initiatives. They use proven project management methodologies to effectively lead product initiatives and are accountable for the completion of all key milestones, ensuring program delivery that is on-time, within budget and provides the intended result. Product Operations Managers are expected to partner closely with Product Management and be a role model of leadership, transparency, performance, and project management.ResponsibilitiesProvide overall leadership and guidance to a team ensuring the teams’ efforts are aligned to meet the value delivery goals and objectivesCollaborate with other leaders to establish goals, objectives and key results for assigned initiativesDefine, organize and lead cross functional initiativesProvide input to launch plan & timing to ensure success for the project that meets market requirementsAct as the central point of contact for high level scope discussion, communication and readiness for the launchCollaborate with stakeholders from Product, Marketing, Sales, and Customer Experience to gather insights, develop, and execute comprehensive operational readiness plansTrack progress toward project milestones and ensure overall readiness for launchAnticipate, address, and/or escalate impedimentsAct as a liaison between the program and leadership, championing communication and executive status related to the program to foster transparency and visibilityManage dependencies across teams and portfolios and ensure they are planned into milestonesCollect, organize, and analyze product data to understand product launch performance and areas of opportunityPartner with team members and peers to tell the story behind metrics, ensuring teams use them for continuous improvement and to inform launch processesQualificationsBachelor's Degree - Required2 years of experience in project management and business operations experience.CompensationIn the spirit of pay transparency, we are excited to share that the base pay range for this position is $68,128.20 - $126,523.80 per year. Please keep in mind that this range is the base pay only and does not consider other components that make up the total rewards package for the position.
