Join the team at Inter-Con Security Systems and play a key role in ensuring safety at one of our critical client sites in San Marcos, CA. We’re hiring immediately for individuals who take pride in protecting people and property. Key Responsibilities: Monitor and inspect life safety equipment (AEDs, fire extinguishers, duress alarms, etc.) and report any deficiencies. Respond to security incidents, alarms, or suspicious activity and document all findings accurately. Monitor CCTV surveillance systems and support dispatch functions. Sign in all visitors, contractors, and vendors while maintaining a secure and welcoming environment. Provide escort services, when required. Respond quickly and professionally to calls for assistance or emergencies. Maintain excellent customer service by treating all employees, visitors, and guests with respect. Promote and maintain the client’s brand image through professional and courteous conduct. Minimum Qualifications: Valid California Guard Card (Required) Valid California Exposed Firearm Permit (Required) Must be 21 years or older High school diploma or GED (Required) Must possess a valid Driver’s License Must pass a 5-panel drug test prior to placement Strong verbal and written communication skills Ability to stand, walk, and respond actively during shifts Preferred Experience: 1+ year in security, law enforcement, or military service Why Work for Inter-Con Security Systems?
