h2o creative group is seeking a detail-oriented, trustworthy, and proactive Part-Time Office Manager / Bookkeeper to support our two managing partners. This role is essential for organizing our financials and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations.Key ResponsibilitiesBookkeeping & Financial ManagementManage all bookkeeping in QuickBooks (certification required)Handle accounts payable and receivableReconcile bank and credit card statementsPreparing financial reports (P&L, balance sheet, cash flow)Assist with budgeting and financial trackingCoordinate with CPA for tax preparationOffice ManagementSupport managing partners with administrative tasksManage and maintain organized financial and operational recordsManage invoices, contracts, and client billingAssist with payroll coordinationOrder office suppliesQualificationsQuickBooks Certified (required)Proven experience in bookkeeping and office managementStrong attention to detail and organizational skillsHigh level of integrity and confidentialityAbility to work independently and prioritize tasksComfortable in a fast-paced, creative agency environmentDetailsPart-time (flexible hours)Reports directly to the two managing partners
