We are currently seeking a detail-oriented and organized individual to join our team in a dual role supporting both the Finance and Human Resources functions.Position Summary:The A/P Clerk / HR Administrator will be responsible for managing daily accounts payable tasks while also supporting HR functions such as onboarding, record maintenance, and employee relations. This role requires a high level of accuracy, discretion, and multitasking ability.Key Responsibilities:Accounts Payable (A/P) Duties:Process vendor invoices and ensure timely and accurate paymentsReconcile vendor statements and resolve discrepanciesMaintain A/P files and documentationPrepare and process check runs and ACH paymentsAssist with month-end closing procedures related to A/PCommunicate with vendors regarding billing issuesOther business office related dutiesHR Administrative Duties:Support onboarding and offboarding processesMaintain employee records (digital and physical) in compliance with company policies and legal requirementsAssist with benefits administration, including enrollments and changesHelp coordinate employee engagement activities and communicationsRespond to employee inquiries regarding HR policies, procedures, and benefitsAssist with timekeeping and payroll data entry as neededQualifications:Required:High school diploma or equivalent; Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Business, or HR preferred2+ years of experience in accounts payable and/or human resources supportProficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Excel and Outlook)Strong attention to detail and organizational skillsExcellent verbal and written communication skillsAbility to handle confidential information with integrityPreferred:Experience with accounting and/or HR softwareKnowledge of basic HR compliance regulationsWhat We Offer:Competitive salaryHealth, dental, and vision insurancePaid time off and holidays401(k) with company matchSupportive team environment and opportunities for growth
