This position offers a rewarding opportunity for a Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) with expertise in pediatric and school-based settings. The role supports students in their communication and language development within a dynamic educational environment.Location:Rincon, NMPosition Type:ContractOnsiteSchool Year 2026/2027Caseload:Approximately 40 studentsKey Responsibilities:Provide comprehensive speech and language evaluations for school-aged children.Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to address speech, language, and communication disorders.Collaborate with educators, parents, and other specialists to ensure integrated support for each student.Monitor student progress and maintain accurate documentation in compliance with school and state guidelines.Participate in Individualized Education Program (IEP) meetings and contribute professional recommendations.Deliver services efficiently to meet the needs of a caseload of around 40 students.Desired Qualifications:Certified Speech-Language Pathologist (CCC-SLP) by the American Speech-Language-Hearing Association (ASHA).Experience working in pediatric and school environments.Strong knowledge of speech and language development in children, with a focus on school-based therapy.Effective communication and organizational skills.Ability to collaborate with educational teams and families.
