Property Tax Mail Automation Group AnalystKroll Property Tax, a service offering of Kroll, LLC, assists clients with compliance services as well as identifying tax saving opportunities. The Mail Automation Group (MAGi) is the heart of our compliance team and is usually the first and last touch of documents.This position is located in Richardson, TX and is in office every day.Day-to-day responsibilities:Work with MAGi team to ensure all tasks are completed by assigned deadlinesPerform daily sorting and scanning of high-volume inbound mailProcess high-volume outgoing mailEnsure the accuracy of data pulled from documents electronicallyResearch documents to determine their proper routingWork with tax compliance groups on special projectsMaintain proof-of-mailing documentsFile original scanned documentsMaintain mail room equipment and place trouble tickets when neededFuture duties could include pick-up and delivery of mail at designated local post office and courier locationPerform other related duties as directed by MAGi leadershipEssential traits:Ability to communicate and interact effectively with co-workers and clientsWorking knowledge of personal computer and multiple software applications used in job functions, including MS Excel and MS WordAbility to collaborate with leads and other team membersDemonstrate the ability to obtain technical expertise in the managed fieldAbility to problem solve and make educated decisionsDependable, responsive, and on-time for in-office dutiesPrior knowledge of property tax or mortgage industry compliance helpfulEligible to become a Texas Notary PublicHigh school diploma or greater education required.
