Sales Associate

Sales Associates are essential to our daily operations and guest experience, responsible for delivering knowledgeable, compliant, and welcoming service while driving sales and maintaining a clean, organized retail environment. We ask interested applicants to reapply every 3 months if they would still like to be considered for open positions. * *Applicants without cannabis experience will not be considered.* *Cannabis industry experience required* * *Must be available Saturday, Sunday, and Monday* * *Shift:* 1:15 PM – 10:00 PM * Schedule will be *Saturday through Wednesday*, all *closing shifts* * The other two days can be discussed, but the weekend and Monday availability is *non-negotiable* *Key Responsibilities* * Provide outstanding customer service by greeting guests, assessing their needs, and recommending cannabis products * Educate customers on cannabis products, accessories, and current promotions * Accurately process transactions using the POS system (Treez experience preferred) * Handle cash, manage cash drawers, and maintain accurate counts throughout the shift * Maintain a clean, organized, and fully stocked retail environment * Assist with inventory, restocking, and product displays * Update customer profiles, loyalty accounts, and preferences as needed * Work collaboratively with team members and leadership to meet sales goals * Follow all company policies, safety standards, and cannabis regulations at all times *Required Qualifications* * *Prior cannabis retail or industry experience required* * *Must be able to work weekends (Saturday, Sunday, Monday) — no exceptions* * Flexible availability including evenings and holidays * Strong communication and multitasking skills * Proven customer service and cash-handling experience * Knowledge of cannabis products and accessories * Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 30 lbs * Must pass a background check and meet all state and local cannabis compliance requirements This position is ideal for someone who is dependable, cannabis-knowledgeable, and comfortable working in a fast-paced retail and lounge environment.
