Regional Manager - Weekly PropertiesAdvanced Management Group is looking for experienced, motivated, and self-driven individuals with determination to succeed!Lead and oversee a portfolio of weekly-stay apartment communities across the Phoenix, AZ area. This role combines strategic property management with hands-on operational oversight, specializing in the unique demands of weekly rental properties.Portfolio Leadership & Team DevelopmentDrive operational excellence across multiple weekly-stay properties while building and mentoring high-performing site teamsCreate and execute property-specific strategies to optimize occupancy, revenue, and resident satisfactionDevelop and manage annual operating budgets, analyzing performance metrics and implementing improvementsConduct regular property audits to ensure compliance with company standards and local regulationsOperational ManagementOversee weekly leasing operations, including resident screening, move-in/out procedures, and payment collectionsMonitor and analyze market conditions to maintain competitive pricing and occupancy ratesEnsure properties maintain exceptional physical conditions through preventive maintenance programsManage vendor relationships and approve service contracts for repairs and improvementsImplement and optimize technology solutions across properties, including Entrata softwareCompliance & Risk ManagementMaintain Arizona Real Estate License and Property Manager PermitEnsure strict adherence to Fair Housing laws, OSHA requirements, and local ordinancesOversee weekly property inspections and maintenance protocolsMonitor and manage property security measures specific to weekly-stay communitiesFinancial PerformanceTrack and analyze property performance metricsPrepare and present monthly financial reportsImplement revenue optimization strategiesManage operating expenses within budget constraintsRequired Experience5+ years of progressive multifamily property management experienceProven track record managing weekly-stay or short-term rental propertiesSupervisory experience requiredStrong financial acumen and budget management experienceExperience with Entrata property management softwareValid Arizona Real Estate License (or ability to obtain)Skills & CompetenciesExpert knowledge of Phoenix and surrounding areas rental market dynamicsStrong analytical and financial management capabilitiesExcellence in team leadership and developmentAdvanced proficiency in Microsoft Office SuiteOutstanding communication and problem-solving abilitiesDemonstrated ability to manage high-turnover rental operationsEducationHigh school diploma requiredProperty management certifications preferredMust obtain Real Estate and Property Management Licenses within 6 months of hirePhysical RequirementsAbility to travel regularly between properties across the Phoenix areaCapability to conduct thorough property inspections
