Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse to join our Telemetry unit. The ideal candidate will have experience in various medical settings and a passion for providing high-quality patient care.
Duties
- Administer medications and treatments to patients as prescribed
- Monitor patients' conditions and report changes to healthcare providers
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement patient care plans
- Provide education and support to patients and their families
- Utilize critical thinking skills in fast-paced environments such as Urgent Care, Inpatient, ER, and Level I Trauma Center
- Experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities is a plus
Requirements
- Valid RN license in the state of practice
- Prior experience in telemetry or related medical-surgical units
- Proficiency in inhalation therapy and occupational health assessments
- Familiarity with family planning services
- Ability to work effectively in high-stress situations
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Pay: $64.00 per hour
Expected hours: 36 per week
