Financial Analyst – Buffalo, NY (Hybrid → Remote)SelectOne is partnering with a manufacturing organization in Western NY to hire a Financial Analyst. This role will support budgeting, forecasting, cost analysis, and reporting while working closely with leadership to drive operational efficiency and strategic decision-making.What You’ll Do:Analyze manufacturing costs, variances, and operational performanceLead budgeting and forecasting processesDevelop financial reports, dashboards, and KPIsSupport cash flow tracking and financial planningPartner with accounting and operations on month-end and strategic initiativesWork within ERP systems (SAP/Monarch) to ensure data accuracyWhat We’re Looking For:Bachelor’s in Finance, Accounting, or related field3+ years of financial analysis or cost accounting experience (manufacturing preferred)Strong Excel skills; ERP experience (SAP a plus)Ability to communicate insights to leadershipSchedule: Fully onsite to start, transitioning to fully remote
