Senior Marketing Manager – Oncology (Solid Tumors)Location: Boston, MA (Hybrid)Duration: ContractTravel: Up to 25%Role OverviewWe are seeking a Senior Marketing Manager – Oncology (Solid Tumors) to support the development and execution of U.S. marketing strategies for targeted oncology therapies, including IDH inhibitor brands.This role will drive brand strategy, digital marketing execution, and cross-functional collaboration, ensuring impactful engagement with healthcare professionals (HCPs) and alignment with business objectives.Key ResponsibilitiesBrand Strategy & PlanningSupport development of U.S. brand strategy and annual marketing plansTranslate market insights into actionable strategies, KPIs, and resource allocationLeverage market research, competitive intelligence, and customer insightsDrive strategic initiatives aligned with brand growth objectivesMarketing Execution (Digital & Omnichannel)Lead digital campaigns: websites, email, paid media, banners, and omnichannel initiativesManage HCP media plans, vendors, and agency partnersDevelop high-quality, compliant promotional contentTrack, analyze, and optimize campaign performance using analytics toolsRepresent marketing team at medical congresses (booth, content, training, insights)Cross-Functional CollaborationPartner with Sales, Medical Affairs, Market Access, HEOR, Regulatory, and Legal teamsWork with analytics, IT, and digital teams for campaign execution and performance trackingSupport Promotional Review Committee (PRC) for compliant material approvalsLeadership & InfluenceLead cross-functional initiatives in a matrixed organizationPresent insights and performance updates to senior leadershipInfluence stakeholders without direct authorityRequired QualificationsBachelor’s degree (MBA preferred)5+ years in pharmaceutical/biotech marketing (with 2+ years in marketing roles)Strong experience in oncology / solid tumors / rare disease (preferred)Proven success in digital & omnichannel campaign executionExperience managing agencies, budgets, and multiple projectsStrong understanding of pharma compliance, regulatory, and promotional guidelinesExcellent communication and stakeholder management skillsPreferred SkillsExperience with IDH inhibitors / oncology brandsFamiliarity with tools like Veeva CRM, Veeva Vault PromoMatsExperience supporting product launches or brand expansionsStrong analytics and KPI-driven decision-makingKey SkillsOncology MarketingBrand Strategy & PlanningDigital & Omnichannel MarketingHCP EngagementMarket Research & InsightsCross-functional CollaborationRegulatory & Compliance (Pharma)Thanks,Venkata NagarajuTalent Acquisition Specialist, Dew Software IncEmail: Phone: +1 (510) 431-8823Website: www.dewsoftware.comLocation: A 983 Corporate Way, Fremont, CA 94539LinkedIn: https://www.linkedin.com/in/m-nagaraju-7855aa23a/
