This role will lead NetSuite initiatives across supply chain, manufacturing (if applicable), inventory, and omni-channel commerce, ensuring seamless integration between digital and physical sales channels.Key ResponsibilitiesLead end-to-end NetSuite implementations and enhancements tailored to Beauty & Personal Care operationsAct as the primary NetSuite SME across inventory, order management, finance, and eCommerceCollaborate with business teams (Supply Chain, Marketing, Finance, eCommerce) to translate requirements into scalable NetSuite solutionsManage product lifecycle processes including SKUs, variants (shade/size), bundles, and seasonal launchesDesign and optimize workflows for: Demand planning and replenishmentBatch/lot tracking and expiration managementReturns and reverse logistics (critical for cosmetics)Oversee integrations with eCommerce platforms (e.g., Shopify), marketplaces (Amazon), and 3PL/WMS systemsEnsure accurate financial reporting including revenue recognition, promotions, and discountsLead customization efforts using SuiteScript, SuiteFlow, and SuiteBuilderDrive data migration, cleansing, and governance standardsProvide leadership to NetSuite team members and coordinate with external partners/vendorsSupport audits, compliance, and regulatory requirements (product safety, labeling, etc.)Required Qualifications7–12+ years of ERP experience with strong focus on NetSuiteProven experience as a Lead on NetSuite implementationsExperience in Beauty, Cosmetics, Personal Care, or Consumer Packaged Goods (CPG) industryDeep understanding of: Inventory management with variants (size, color, formulation)Lot/batch tracking and shelf-life managementOmni-channel order management (D2C + retail + marketplace)Hands-on expertise in: SuiteScript (2.x preferred)SuiteFlow and SuiteBuilderSaved Searches, Reports, DashboardsStrong knowledge of financial processes (Order-to-Cash, Procure-to-Pay, Record-to-Report)Experience with integrations (REST/SOAP APIs, middleware like Celigo, Boomi, etc.)Excellent stakeholder management and leadership skills
