We pride ourselves on fostering a supportive, educational, and positive environment for our staff, clients, and patients.Position OverviewThe Client Service Representative (CSR) plays a vital role in creating an outstanding client experience. As the first and last point of contact, this position sets the tone for each visit by providing a warm, professional, and welcoming atmosphere. The ideal candidate is a true “people person” who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys building relationships with clients and their pets.CSRs must be able to multitask efficiently, remain calm under pressure, and communicate clearly and compassionately—especially in emotional or high-stress situations.
