With our One UPS advantage and comprehensive service portfolio, including Polar Speed's in-network pharmacies, we are optimally positioned to keep our clients competitive in an increasingly complex market.Main Duties And ResponsibilitiesEnsures shipments are prepared in accordance with Special Instructions and expedited on time and within required specificationsEnsures appropriate packaging provision, (Credo & Bio boxes and Dry Vapor shippers) are completed in a timely manner, being supported by the Operations SupervisorCollaborates with management and department personnel throughout Marken to ensure that capabilities are available to meet client and service demandsDelivery of exceptional service to both external and internal clientsPerforms tasks in full compliance with regulatory and trade laws and processesSupervises third parties (local agents, airlines, suppliers, etc.) to ensure compliance and expectationsContributes towards corporate initiatives and incorporating network best practicesDevelops and implements strategic plans in cooperation with the LATAM and Global Marken leadership teamsOrganizes/maintains inventory and storage areaMeasures and reports the effectiveness of warehousing activitiesAssures client expectations are met and exceededMaintains quality service by establishing and enforcing organizational standardsSatisfies and builds loyalty with external and internal clientsOur compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The pay for this position is $23 per hour. The base pay for this position ranges from $20.70/hr to $33.60/hr. Pay is based on several factors including but not limited to, market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and education/training and a candidate’s work experience. Hired applicants are offered annual short-term and/or long-term incentive compensation programs, subject to applicable eligibility requirements. Payments under these annual programs are not guaranteed and are dependent upon a variety of factors including, but not limited to, individual performance, business unit performance, and/or the company’s performance.
