We have an excellent company culture, provide great benefits, and outline clear career-growth opportunities. Position OverviewWe are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Tax Manager to join our team in a remote capacity, specializing in S-Corp taxation. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in tax compliance and planning, particularly for S-Corporations, and will play a pivotal role in delivering high-quality tax services to our clients.Key ResponsibilitiesManage and oversee tax compliance and reporting for S-Corporations.Develop and implement tax strategies to minimize tax liabilities for clients.Review and prepare complex tax returns and ensure compliance with federal and state regulations.Conduct tax research and provide advisory services to clients on various tax matters.Collaborate with clients to gather necessary documentation and provide guidance on tax-related issues.Supervise and mentor junior tax staff, providing training and support as needed.Stay updated on tax laws and regulations to ensure the firms practices are compliant.QualificationsBachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field; CPA certification is required.Minimum of 5 years of experience in tax management, with a focus on S-Corporations.Proficiency in tax software, particularly CCH Axcess Tax and SurePrep.Strong knowledge of tax regulations and compliance for S-Corps and partnerships.Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with clients and team members.Experience with High Net Worth Individuals (HNWI) and automotive industry taxation is a plus.BenefitsUnlimited PTOHealth, Vision, Dental, and voluntary insurance options401(K) and matchFlexible/Hybrid work schedulePerformance BonusAnnual Community Day + additional 8 community hoursHoliday donation drives and charity initiativesMonthly casual gatherings, annual summer get-together, and annual holiday party locallyAnnual firmwide alignmentCommitment to professional developmentEquity Program eligibility at Sr. Manager Level, + top performing Managers
