End User Computing Engineer (Charlotte)

A little about the roleWe are looking for an EUC Engineer (Tier 3) to join a high-performing IT team focused on delivering an exceptional end-user experience across the enterprise.This role is heavily hands-on and ideal for someone who thrives on owning escalations, improving endpoint environments, and working across both modern (Intune) and traditional (MECM/SCCM) endpoint management platforms.What you'll be doingAct as a Tier 3 escalation point for complex endpoint and user environment issuesPerform root cause analysis (RCA) and drive long-term fixesManage and optimize endpoint environments using:Microsoft IntuneMECM / SCCM (Configuration Manager)Support and maintain Windows 10/11 environments at scaleHandle:Device imaging, patching, deployments, and software distributionSupport Microsoft 365, Active Directory, and Azure AD / Entra IDWork with VDI / virtual desktop environments (AVD, Citrix, etc.)Identify recurring issues and implement proactive improvementsOperate within an ITIL-driven environment (incident, problem, and change management)What we're looking forStrong Tier 3 / escalation support experience (must-have)Hands-on experience with:MECM / SCCM (imaging, deployments, patching, packaging)Microsoft Intune (MDM, compliance, device management)Experience managing enterprise endpoint environmentsStrong troubleshooting skills across:Windows OSM365Identity (Active Directory / Azure AD)Experience working in SLA-driven / enterprise environmentsNice to haveExperience with co-managed environments (Intune + MECM)Exposure to VDI (Citrix / Azure Virtual Desktop)PowerShell scripting for automationSecurity/compliance awareness in endpoint environmentsWhy this role is a great fitHigh-impact role working on enterprise-scale endpoint environmentsOpportunity to own escalations and influence system improvementsExposure to both modern cloud-based and traditional endpoint toolingCollaborative, fast-paced Agile environment
