This is a high-visibility store for one of the nation's fastest-growing fast casual concepts — ideal for a hands-on operator who thrives in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.Key Responsibilities Oversee all daily operations, team management, and guest experience for the new flagship restaurantHire, train, and develop a high-performing hourly and management team aligned with brand standardsManage financial performance, including labor, food cost, inventory, and full P&L accountabilityEnsure operational excellence in speed, quality, cleanliness, and safetyLead the store's opening and stabilization period, maintaining consistency and execution excellenceCollaborate with area leadership and corporate support teams to achieve key performance targetsIdeal Background 3–5+ years of General Manager experience in fast casual or QSR (chicken, burger, sandwich, or similar brands preferred)Demonstrated success in high-volume operations ($2M+ in annual sales)Strong leadership, training, and people development experienceSkilled in systems management, cost controls, and guest satisfaction metricsProven ability to launch, stabilize, or turn around restaurant locationsCompensation & Benefits $75,000–$80,000 base salary + performance bonusesComprehensive benefits packageGrowth opportunity within a rapidly expanding restaurant brandPowered by JazzHR
