Commercial Project Manager
Trueline's client, a growing construction organization supporting commercial and multifamily projects, is seeking a Commercial Project Manager to join their team in a primarily office-based role with local site visits. This is a hands-on opportunity for a detail-oriented construction professional who enjoys estimating, project coordination, design review, and keeping complex projects on track from preconstruction through closeout.What You'll Do as the Commercial Project Manager:Manage commercial and multifamily construction projects from early planning through completionPrepare project estimates, labor and material budgets, margin expectations, and scope reviewsPartner with owners, architects, general contractors, internal sales teams, and trade partnersReview project drawings, specifications, quantities, and product configurations for accuracyCreate and update CAD drawings to support project designs and client requirementsCoordinate procurement, field sequencing, site visits, milestones, change orders, and billing documentationTrack budgets, schedules, production progress, and monthly requisitionsMust-Haves as the Commercial Project Manager:3+ years of construction industry experienceExperience with estimating, takeoffs, scope review, and quote preparationAbility to manage multiple active projects with accuracy and professionalismStrong communication, analytical, math, and problem-solving skillsProficiency with Microsoft Office, especially ExcelCAD experience for layout, design updates, or project modificationsValid driver's license if operating a company vehicleAbility to work overtime or weekends as neededNice-to-Haves as the Commercial Project Manager:Commercial or multifamily construction project management experienceExperience with ERP systems, especially OracleBackground partnering with sales teams on project estimates or configurationsExperience preparing schedule of values, requisitions, and change order pricingValue engineering or design-build coordination experienceOur Client Offers:Competitive compensationMedical, dental, and vision insurance401(k) with company matchPaid holidays and PTOHSA with employer contribution and FSA optionsLife and disability insuranceEmployee Assistance ProgramEmployee referral programTuition reimbursementPaid military leaveWellness programLength of service awardsTrueline and its clients are unabashed equal-opportunity employers committed to a diverse workforce.
