Job DescriptionOur client, a growing agency is looking for a Head of AI visibility to join their team...What's The RoleThe Head of AI Visibility is responsible for growing the agency nascent AI Visibility proposition. The primary objective is to set the agency apart as the premier AI SEO offering on the market. You will craft a GTM and lead new business pitches centered around best in class approach to driving mentions, citations and visibility on AI Search and LLM surfaces. You will guide our positioning on AI SEO measurement, multimodal SEO efforts and tech product development in that category.What You DoCo-Lead GTM for AI Visibility efforts with the Chief Product Officer, lead new business SEO opportunitiesDevelop and iterate on the best in class AI SEO approach to maximize visibility across AIOs, ChatGPT, Gemini and other LLMsCreate and deliver our AI SEO pitch to new business prospectsManage a dedicated team of AI SEO Content, Data and tech specialistsDeliver prolific AI SEO thought leadership across social media, our blog and industry speaking engagementsCoordinate with the MD, SEO on upskilling the broader SEO team on AI SEO approachDeliver AI SEO strategy in tandem with SEO team to strategically important agency clientsDefine the partners and tech to best serve agency clientsGuide measurement strategy for SEO and AI VisibilityWho You AreAn SEO professional with 10+ years of SEO experience inclusive of developing and executing SEO strategy for enterprise clients and a proven track record in closing new businessHave an opinion of how AI and LLMs have changed SEO and how brands need to adapt to drive increased AI visibilityHeld in high regard by media partners and colleaguesComfortable in a QBR, on stage or in a pitch closing media businessUnderstanding of SEO from a technical, content and strategic lensIdeally have independent agency experienceStrong negotiation skills Can build: processes, trainings and cultureHow You SucceedYou live our culture code every day!Clearly define how we will show up in the marketplace, align the leadership team around it, and build the teams in markets in that imageTake a pragmatic, first principles approachBalance quick wins versus long term tacticsGrow our SEO Practice revenue via both new business and new buying assignments from existing clientsCollaborate and share with other SEO leaders globally, as well as Medial & Data leaders in NAMERBuild strong relationships and work effectively with your peer group.
