We have openings across all shifts.A qualified Stacker Operator will be able to the perform the following tasks:Assist the press operator and roll tender in daily printing operations.Assist in the operation and maintenance of the press.Follow the production schedule for printing jobs.Review jobs bags to obtain correct job information for the set-up of the stacker(s).Ensure the correct load flags are being used.Fill out ALL information on the load flags to include stacker operators initials, shift run, quantity in bundle, number of bundles on pallet and amount (net) on pallet.Identify office copies with yellow O.C flag and red crayon down the side of the bundle.Ensure the correct pallets are being used as well as the proper end boards for the size product being produced.Properly identify outside binds and use the proper pallets.Check signatures being produced for proper pagination and quality.Continuously monitor job to ensure customer requirements are met.Fill out skid logs and place back in job bag when complete.Fill in required information in the communication logbook.Ensure the entire production area is clean and organized.Set up Stacker to produce maximum bundle quality and stack the product correctly on the pallet to minimize product damage.Requirements:The Stacker Operator should meet the following requirements:Must be reliable and consistently at work and on timeExcellent time management skills and ability to prioritize work to meet deadlinesMust have positive and effective communication with other team membersSafety and Quality mindedShould be able to work with minimal supervision and be an individual contributorBenefits:Command Robbinsville is proud to offer competitive pay and great benefits!Medical, dental, vision coverageCompany-paid life insurancePaid time offCompany paid holidays401(k) with company matchEmployee Assistance ProgramEmployee Recognition programsAnd more!By joining the Command Robbinsville team, you will become part of one of the most exciting teams in the manufacturing industry.
