This role will work closely with HR leadership and employees to ensure benefit plans remain competitive, compliant, and effectively communicated across the organization.The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, customer-service driven, and experienced in benefits administration, HRIS systems, and employee communications. This individual should thrive in a fast-paced environment and demonstrate strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.Key ResponsibilitiesAdminister and support employee benefit programs, including:Health, dental, vision, life, and disability insuranceRetirement and financial benefit programs such as 401(k), pension, profit sharing, and international retirement plansCoordinate and deliver annual open enrollment activities and year-round employee benefit communicationsRespond to employee benefit inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and professional mannerMaintain and update benefit records within HRIS platformsAnalyze benefit data, trends, and utilization to support program recommendations and decision-makingStay current on industry trends, compliance requirements, and legislative changes affecting employee benefitsAssist with benefit audits, reconciliations, accounting functions, and vendor coordinationSupport policy development and process improvements related to employee benefitsResearch and resolve complex benefits-related issuesParticipate in special HR and benefits projects as assignedQualificationsEducation & ExperienceHigh school diploma or equivalent requiredMinimum of 5 years of employee benefits experience requiredExperience supporting both health & welfare and financial benefit programs preferredRequired Skills & KnowledgeHRIS experience is requiredAdvanced proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, particularly ExcelStrong knowledge of employee benefit programs and applicable federal/state regulationsExcellent analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skillsStrong verbal and written communication abilitiesAbility to handle confidential information with professionalism and discretionCustomer-service focused with the ability to work collaboratively in a team environmentSelf-starter with a sharp attention to detail and a results-driven mindsetPreferred CharacteristicsSuper sharp, proactive, and highly responsiveAbility to manage multiple priorities in a deadline-driven environmentStrong follow-through and sense of ownershipPositive attitude and team-oriented approachWhy Join UsThis is an excellent opportunity to join a collaborative HR team supporting a dynamic organization committed to employee support and operational excellence.
