Applicants must have a valid driver's license and be ready to work in a fast-paced, safety-focused setting. Applicants must also be willing to travel.Key Responsibilities:Assist with commercial and industrial electrical workHelp pull wire and conductors through various sizes of conduitAssist in running and installing conduit or racewaysSupport Journeyman Electricians and I&E Technicians with daily tasksWork effectively alongside helpers, electricians, and AG Solutions supervisorsPerform Job Safety Analyses before beginning workComplete daily vehicle and worksite safety inspectionsContinuously monitor work areas to ensure they are free of hazardsOperate basic tools such as cordless drills, impacts, and other hand toolsMaintain clean and organized worksites and vehiclesPerform additional duties as assignedAccurately report and record hours workedFollow all company policies and proceduresAdhere to all worksite rules and local, state, tribal, and federal regulationsPrioritize safety at all timesComplete a 90-day probationary periodQualifications:Valid driver's license (required)High School Diploma or GED strongly preferredEligible to work in the United States without sponsorshipMust pass drug and alcohol testing with no prior positive tests or refusalsAble to safely lift and carry 40+ lbs of equipment, tools, and partsStrong teamwork, communication, and interpersonal skillsProfessional, dependable, and hard-workingGood safety record and attitudeJob Type: Full-timeTravel: Required — approximately 80% of work involves travel
