Real Estate AttorneyThis position offers a unique opportunity to work on high-profile real estate matters with a focus on corporate transactions, mergers, acquisitions, and strategic real estate deals.Key Responsibilities:• Real Estate Transactions: Lead and manage complex real estate deals including acquisitions, sales, leasing, and financing, ensuring all aspects comply with legal and regulatory requirements.• Corporate Transactions: Work alongside corporate teams to integrate real estate considerations into broader mergers, acquisitions, joint ventures, and other corporate restructuring activities.• Negotiation & Drafting: Draft, review, and negotiate various real estate and corporate documents, including purchase agreements, leases, financing documents, and other related contracts.• Due Diligence: Conduct thorough due diligence on commercial properties and assist with risk assessments related to corporate transactions.• Client Advisory: Provide strategic legal counsel to clients on structuring deals that align with their business goals and minimize potential legal risks.Qualifications:• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.• Licensed to practice law in Texas.• At least 5+ years of experience in real estate law with a strong focus on corporate transactions.• Solid understanding of both commercial real estate law and corporate law principles.• Experience working on real estate deals in connection with corporate transactions such as mergers, acquisitions, or other business deals.• Exceptional communication, negotiation, and drafting skills.
