Average annual pay: $65,000$75,000 $2,000 Sign-On/Schedule Bonus MondayFriday schedule (Weekends OFF!) Home 23 nights per week Reefer trailer deliveries to grocery warehouses Compensation Details Pay structure: Combination of mileage, stop pay, and hourly pay provided for detention time, local deliveries, and other non-driving duties Additional pay for extra pickups/deliveries Safety and performance bonuses available Consistent weekly routes with dependable miles Paid weekly What You'll Do Safely operate a truck (26,000+ GVW) for regional deliveries Transport Mel-O-Cream products to grocery warehouses and distributors Pick up and backhaul ingredients or materials used in donut production when assigned Load and unload products, verify counts, and complete delivery paperwork Maintain accurate electronic logs (ELDs) Perform daily pre- and post-trip inspections Keep your assigned truck clean and well-maintained Provide courteous, professional customer service at every stop Weekly route schedules will be posted about a week in advance, although they may be subject to change Expect to be away from home for approximately 2 nights a week, with occasional Sunday departures Ready to Join Our Team?
