Customer Service/Sales Ops Account Manager (NYC)

Our Company: BCI Brands designs, sources, and markets nationally and internationally an extensive range of women's career, casual sportswear, and dresses. Their products are sold through all primary retail distribution levels principally under various trademarks and under private label brand names, such as Ted Baker, Vince Camuto, CeCe, 1.state and Parker.Responsibilities:Manage and process sales orders from major national retailers including:Bulk order entryInbound EDI PO processing and bulk order matchingReview of unconfirmed ordersReview of open orders against on hand in inbound supply to identify and resolve issues such as late delivery, shortages, etcAllocate and drop picks to 3PL'sManage open picks at 3PL warehouses in conjunction with on-site BCI Brands team, including timely routing and shipping of orders Track inventory, allocate orders, drop picks and manage orders received via EDI and manuallyLiaise with Production, Logistics and 3PL warehouse teams regarding the status of sales orders, production and inbound shipments required to fill them, as well as the need for any extensions, shortages, etcCooperate closely with sales team to ensure timely and accurate information sharing and communication of order status updates, extension needs, etcRequirementsMinimum 4+ years of experience in sales operations and/or customer serviceExperience with ERP systems required (Exenta or BlueCherry strongly preferred but not required)Must have strong Excel skillsOrganized and detail-oriented with strong follow-throughHighly motivatedThe salary range for this full-time, permanent role is dependent upon experience between $85-100k.Note: This job description is not intended to be all-inclusive.
