The ideal candidate is patient, reliable, and genuinely enjoys helping others thrive in familiar surroundings.Client preference: Female caregiver only.Non-smoking householdPets in home: 3 dogs, including Golden Doodles and Shih Tzus.Caregiver will need to assist with errands and outings.Lived in home environmentClient is very mobile but needs full hands-on supervision due to wandering risk.Lives in home with daughterCaregiving NeedsThe client can be difficult to manage, so the caregiver should be patient, calm, and experienced with challenging behaviors. Memory care guidance emphasizes staying calm, using simple communication, and avoiding confrontations during agitation.
