Server/Bartender

Job Summary: We are seeking a professional Bartender to join our team. As a Bartender, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, preparing and serving drinks and food, and maintaining a clean and welcoming environment. Responsibilities: - Greet and serve customers in a friendly and efficient manner - Prepare and serve drinks, including cocktails, beer, and wine - Take food and drink orders and operate a cash register - Handle cash and credit transactions accurately - Maintain a clean and organized bar area, including the cash register and inventory - Manage inventory and restock supplies as needed - Provide recommendations on food and drink options - Handle complaints and provide excellent customer service - Work effectively in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks as needed - Ensure compliance with food handling and safety regulations - Develop and maintain a thorough knowledge of our menu and ingredients - Upsell and promote special deals and promotions - Collaborate with other team members to ensure seamless service - Maintain a high level of energy and enthusiasm, even in a busy environment - Perform other duties as assigned Requirements: - Prior experience in food service or a related field - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask effectively - Knowledge of food handling and safety regulations - Experience with cash handling and operating a cash register - Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds - Basic math skills and ability to handle cash transactions accurately - Experience in the food industry or hospitality field - Food handling certification - High school diploma or equivalent - Ability to work varied shifts, including evenings and weekends - A positive attitude and a commitment to excellent customer service If you are a motivated and detail-oriented individual who is passionate about providing exceptional customer service, we encourage you to apply for this exciting opportunity.
