The Project Manager will oversee end-to-end project planning, execution, and delivery across scientific and operational initiatives, ensuring timelines, budgets, and quality standards are met. Daily responsibilities include coordinating cross-functional teams, managing schedules and milestones, tracking progress, and addressing risks and issues that may impact project outcomes. The role also includes organizing resources, aligning logistics, and collaborating with internal stakeholders and external partners to maintain clear communication and documentation. The Project Manager will prepare status reports, lead project meetings, and support continuous improvement of project workflows and processes.Qualifications Strong Project Management skills, including planning, scheduling, budgeting, and risk management.Experience with Expeditor and Expediting responsibilities to move tasks, materials, and deliverables forward efficiently.Knowledge of Inspection processes to verify quality, compliance, and adherence to project requirements.Logistics Management skills to coordinate materials, equipment, and information flow across teams and locations.Bachelor’s degree in project management, engineering, science, business, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.Proficiency with project management tools (e.g., MS Project, Jira, Asana, or similar) and standard office software.Strong organizational, communication, and stakeholder management abilities, with attention to detail and documentation.Experience working in biotechnology, life sciences, or a technical environment is preferred but not required.Ability to work on-site in the Los Angeles Metropolitan Area and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
