We pride ourselves on delivering high-quality workmanship, maintaining rigorous safety standards, and fostering a collaborative work environment.Key ResponsibilitiesAssist with site preparation and cleanup, including stripping, grading, and debris removalLoad, unload, and transport materials, tools, and equipment across the jobsiteOperate hand and portable power tools (e.g., jackhammers, concrete saws, drills) under supervisionDig trenches, set and strip concrete forms, and perform manual labor for concrete placementSupport carpenters, electricians, plumbers, and other trades by holding lines, pulling wire, or carrying materialsFollow daily direction from the superintendent or foreman, ensuring tasks meet quality and safety standardsMaintain a clean, organized work area and properly store materials and equipmentReport hazards, incidents, and site-specific issues immediately to the supervisorPerform other duties and responsibilities assigned or delegated by immediate managerMinimum RequirementsHigh school diploma or equivalent3 years of prior construction labor experience (preferred but not required)OSHA 10-Hour Construction Safety certification or willingness to obtain within 30 days of hire (preferred but not required)Physical stamina: capable of lifting, standing, bending, and kneeling for extended periodsBasic knowledge of hand and power tools, concrete work, and site safety proceduresStrong work ethic, punctuality, and ability to follow verbal instructionsCommitment to wearing required personal protective equipment (PPE) at all times
