We have 2 roles available part time Patient Care Coordinator and full time Hearing Aid Technician. The Patient Care Coordinator plays a vital role in ensuring that patients receive exceptional care and support throughout their hearing healthcare journey. This position involves managing patient interactions, coordinating appointments, and providing administrative support. The ideal candidate will possess strong organizational skills, attention to detail, a commitment to superior customer care, and a commitment to enhancing the patient’s experience.The Hearing Aid Technician works closely with the Audiologist to support patients throughout their hearing healthcare journey. This role plays a key part in delivering high-quality patient care by assisting with clinical tasks, managing patient interactions, and helping ensure a smooth and positive experience.
