Marketing Specialist (In-Store Communication)
The OpportunityWe are seeking a dynamic and creative Marketing Specialist focused on In-Store Communication to energize our retail environments and connect with customers in meaningful ways. This role offers an exciting opportunity to craft compelling messaging, develop engaging campaigns, and enhance the in-store experience through innovative marketing strategies.Reporting to the Marketing Manager, the person will support the planning and execution of marketing initiatives for U.S. store openings, promotional campaigns, and in-store communications. This role is responsible for helping deliver integrated marketing campaigns across both organic and paid channels, with a focus on strengthening brand awareness, customer engagement, and sales growth in the U.S. market.The Marketing Specialist will also contribute to community outreach and local marketing initiatives while gathering market insights and consumer trends to ensure marketing strategies effectively resonate with the U.S. customer base. Working closely with Store Operations, Merchandising, Digital, and Design teams, this role acts as a key liaison to ensure brand consistency, clear communication across retail touchpoints, and effective marketing execution across all U.S. stores.You WillCampaign Strategy & Execution Collaborate with internal teams, cross-functional partners, and external agencies to plan and execute integrated marketing campaignsOwn end-to-end campaign delivery, including content planning, execution, optimization, and performance reportingTrack and analyze KPIs to drive data-informed improvementsSocial Media & Content Development Develop and manage social media strategy for general market and multicultural audiencesCreate and oversee content across Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, WeChat, and RedNoteConduct photo and video shooting, editing, and copywritingEnsure content is culturally relevant, brand-aligned, and supports business objectivesMedia, Influencer & Community Relations Build and maintain relationships with U.S. media, influencers, freelancers, and community partnersSupport media outreach, influencer collaborations, sponsorships, and industry eventsExecute community activations to strengthen brand awareness and local presenceDigital & Paid Media Develop and manage owned and paid media strategies across Google Ads, Meta, WeChat, RedNote, and other relevant platformsOversee media planning, budget allocation, execution, and performance trackingContinuously optimize campaigns to maximize reach, engagement, and ROIEvent Activations Plan and execute marketing and community eventsManage budgets, timelines, vendors, contracts, and on-site logisticsEnsure events align with brand standards and business goals You Should Have / Be A bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration or related discipline from an accredited university/college.3+ years of hands-on marketing experience across multiple channels, including social media, digital marketing, and performance-based campaigns.Strong content creation capabilities, including creative copywriting and short- and long-form video production/editing for social platforms.Experience leveraging AI tools and basic marketing automation workflows to improve efficiency and content output.Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English, with the ability to develop compelling marketing content and engage directly with customers. Fluency in Chinese, Filipino/Tagalog, Vietnamese, or Korean is highly preferred to support multicultural marketing initiatives.Established relationships with influencers and social media within the food retail, lifestyle, or business sectors are a strong asset.Self-driven and resourceful, with strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.Able to work independently as well as in a team environment.Excellent verbal and written communication skills and demonstrates excellent time management skills. Physical Requirements This position primarily requires the ability to remain in a stationary position at a desk or workstation for extended periods while using a computer and telephone.Ability to stand and walk for extended periods during store visits, events, and activations.Prolonged periods of sitting and working on a computer.Ability to lift and carry up to 25 pounds for event materials, marketing displays, or promotional items.Ability to operate standard office equipment and basic photo/video production equipment.Ability to operate a computer, keyboard, and other office equipment, including printers, copiers, and telephones, requiring repetitive hand, wrist, and finger movements and fine motor control.
