Your responsibilities are based on a broad knowledge of IT and include, but are not limited to the following:Owning HOW data is being sent/receivedSupporting proof of concepts, ensuring proposed code changes are both feasible and sustainable while minimizing technical debt in all designsSupporting and subsequently executing software development scoping, sizing activities for identified RICEWF requirementsReviewing functional and technical specifications for quality, programmability and ensuring a scalable approachWorking with middleware on how to optimally make multiple systems interface with one another using the best technical approachCollaborating with other Plan-To-Stock (PTS) IT developers with complex design decisions, product evaluations, or other technical obstaclesCollaborating with partner technology teams to accomplish goalsThe project will consist of the following phases:PlanningFunctional SpecsDevelopment Unit TestFunctional Unit TestITCUATTrainingCutoverGo-Live (every January 1st)PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS (DESIRED SKILLS/EXPERIENCE)Authorization concepts: CDS DCL, SU24/PFCG integration, authorization checks in ABAP/RAPDebugging/performance: SAT/ST05, SQL Monitor, ATC, runtime analysis, CDS performance tuningTransport/change management: ChaRM/SolMan, retrofit awareness, release sequencingTesting skills: ABAP Unit, test doubles, OData testing, regression supportBTP integration awareness: SAP Integration Suite/CPI, destinations, cloud connector, side-by-side extensionsProven SAP design and development experience in SAP ECC or S/4HANA systemsFirst-hand Experience with classic SAP tools/skills such as Restful ABAP (RAP), ABAP Development Tools (ADT), ALV, Adobe Forms, ALE/IDOC, RFC/BAPI,BADI/enhancements, Workflow, LSMW/LTMC, CDS Views (Table Functions, Virtual Elements), AMDP, AIF, DRFExposure to working with SAP tools/skills such as Fiori Launchpad and Fiori Elements, SAPUI5, Javascript, GIT, WebIDE/BAS and other SAP technologiesExperience with integrations using SOAP via SOA Manager, ODATA, IDOCs and ProxysFocused-build experienceRF screen developmentREQUIRED EDUCATIONAccredited Bachelor's Degree.WORK HOURS4/10-A, Full-Time.
