For more information, visit CounterFind.com.Role OverviewCounterFind is seeking a part-time IP Enforcement Paralegal to support the Infringement Recovery and Customer Success departments. This role will assist with litigation support, marketplace enforcement documentation, legal research, and operational process improvement.Key ResponsibilitiesLitigation & Enforcement SupportAssist with litigation preparation by compiling and organizing evidence of infringementReview and draft enforcement-related documents, including cease-and-desist letters, letters of authorization, and infringement notices.Maintain documentation and records for litigation matters.Marketplace Enforcement & ResearchConduct legal and marketplace research to support enforcement strategies.Legal Operations & Process ImprovementDevelop and maintain legal templates, enforcement documentation, and workflow systems.Track enforcement activity and assist with reporting and program analytics.Identify opportunities to improve internal processes and operational efficiency.Program DevelopmentSupport research and documentation for new brand protection offerings, such as trademark portfolio analysis or watch services and UDRP filings.Job DetailsCommitment: Part-time, 15-20 hours per week, flexible schedulingCompensation: $25/hrReports to: Director, Infringement RecoveryLocation: Remote or Hybrid (Dallas, TX)QualificationsParalegal certification or equivalent legal training with experience in brand protection, intellectual property, trademark and/or copyright lawFamiliarity with the Lanham Act and/or Copyright litigationExperience drafting legal documents such as cease-and-desist letters, authorization letters, or enforcement correspondence.Familiarity with trademark filings, USPTO procedures, and trademark portfolio management.Experience with marketplace enforcement processes (Amazon, eBay, etc.) preferred.Strong legal research, writing, and analytical skills.Highly organized with experience managing documentation and legal workflows.Interest in legal operations, process optimization, and data-driven program management.CounterFind is an equal opportunity employer and values diversity.
