Job DescriptionJob Title: Application Operations & Monitoring EngineerOverviewWe are seeking a highly motivated Onbase Application Operations & Monitoring Engineer to supportenterprise applications, file management processes, and project-driven initiatives.This role is responsible for ensuring application stability, proactive monitoring, and operational efficiencyacross production environments using modern observability tools such as Dynatrace.Key ResponsibilitiesProvide day-to-day operational support for business-critical applications in a production environmentManage and support file transfer and file management workflows (ingestion, processing, delivery, and error handling)Monitor application health using Dynatrace and enterprise monitoring tools, ensuring proactive identification and resolution of issuesPerform incident troubleshooting, root cause analysis (RCA), and problem management to prevent recurrenceSupport and execute project-based initiatives, including system upgrades, migrations, and platform enhancementsCollaborate with cross-functional teams (Infrastructure, Network, Development, and Vendor teams) to resolve complex issuesDevelop and maintain standard operating procedures (SOPs) and operational documentationEnsure adherence to security, compliance, and change management processesParticipate in on-call rotation and support high-priority production incidents as neededRequired Qualifications3–7+ years of experience in Application Support / Application Operations (AppOps)Hands-on Experience With Application Monitoring Tools (Dynatrace Preferred)Strong understanding of file transfer mechanisms (FTP/SFTP, batch processing, file lifecycle management)Experience supporting applications hosted on Windows Server environmentsKnowledge of SQL Server or relational databases (basic querying, troubleshooting connectivity)Experience working in project-driven environments (upgrades, migrations, implementations)Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills with the ability to work under pressurePreferred QualificationsExperience with enterprise platforms (IIS, middleware, or vendor applications)Exposure to automation/scripting (PowerShell)Experience with load balancers, web services, or API monitoringKnowledge of log analysis and performance tuningKey SkillsBachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field (preferred).Application Monitoring & Observability (Dynatrace)Production Support & Incident ManagementFile Management / File Transfer ProcessingCertificatesProject Execution & CoordinationCross-team CollaborationWhy JoinOpportunity to work in a high-impact production environment supporting critical business systemsExposure to modern monitoring and observability platformsInvolvement in enterprise-scale projects and system transformationsQualificationsGraduateRange Of Year Experience-Min Year8Range Of Year Experience-Max Year10
