Concierge Retail Service RepresentativeRenewal by Andersen has an exciting opportunity for a Concierge Retail Service Representative to join our team in Chicago! Office locations are in Des Plaines, IL and Lockport, IL.As a Concierge RSR, you'll deliver Signature Service by serving as the single point of contact for homeowners throughout their project. You'll partner closely with Sales Representatives, Installation Project Managers, and leadership to provide personalized communication and ensure a seamless experience for every customer.Responsibilities:Build a concrete relationship with the homeownerCreate homeowner's job fileSchedule homeowner's technical measure, installation date, and remindersWork with other teams to move homeowner's job through the processWork with sales team to resolve any paperwork issues, change orders, on-hold jobs, or jobs-in-processIdentifies and implements ways to improve overall level of service.Conduct post-installation phone call and surveyResolve any post-installation situationsOther duties as assigned by supervisorQualifications:High school diploma or equivalent plus 1+ year of customer service experienceStrong time communication and time management skillsStrong competence in MS Office software; data entry skillsHigh attention to detailExcellent interpersonal skills and the ability to organize simultaneous tasksOrganizedPay Range: $27.45 - $39.75Culture and Benefits:At Andersen, we believe our people are at the heart of everything we do.
