M&A Associate - CPA required

Investment Banking Associate Location: Fully RemoteA boutique investment banking and financial advisory firm is seeking an Associate to join its growing team. This role offers hands-on exposure to M&A, transaction advisory, and valuation work, with meaningful responsibility and direct access to senior leadership.The firm advises companies nationwide on sell-side, buy-side, and valuation engagements, with transaction sizes typically ranging from $5M to $250M.
