Job Description We are seeking a skilled and reliable Siding, Window & Door Installer to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have experience in exterior construction and the ability to work well independently and as part of a crew. This position is hands-on and requires a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and the ability to travel to job sites within approximately one hour of Sodus, NY. Key Responsibilities Install various types of siding (vinyl, composite, etc.) accurately and efficiently Install windows and doors according to manufacturer specifications and building codes Perform demolition, prep work, and framing adjustments as needed Safely operate hand and power tools Read and follow work orders, drawings, and blueprints Maintain a clean and organized job site Communicate with team members and supervisors regarding job progress and needs Load and unload materials and tools Ensure all work meets quality and safety standards Qualifications Prior experience in siding, window, or door installation preferred Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work outdoors in various weather conditions Basic knowledge of construction tools and materials Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation required Willingness to travel within a 1-hour radius of Sodus, NY Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail Ability to work as part of a team and independently Job Type: Full-time Pay: $26.00 - $30.00 per hour Benefits: 401(k) 401(k) matching Paid time off Retirement plan Work Location: In person
