Towing Dispatcher

We are looking for a dependable and experienced Towing Dispatcher to join our team. Only candidates with prior experience in the towing industry will be considered. Qualifications ONLY candidates with prior experience in the towing industry (dispatching or towing) will be considered Towing industry experience REQUIRED (Dispatch or Tow Operator background) Knowledge of tow trucks, services, and basic dispatch procedures Strong multitasking skills and ability to work under pressure Professional phone etiquette and communication skills Flexible to work days, nights, weekends and Holidays as needed Able to arrange and file paperwork as required Familiarity with dispatch software )e.g. Towbook) is a plus Responsibilities Dispatch drivers to service calls using software, GPS, and telephone Prioritize and manage high volume calls efficiently Communicate clearly with drivers, customers, and law enforcement Track job progress and update records in real time Support drivers with routing issues, or changes
