In this role, you’ll lead fulfillment staff, support daily operations, and help drive efficiency, safety, quality, and customer satisfaction across the department.Location: Raleigh, NCSchedule: OnsitePay & Benefits: Competitive compensation + full benefits package + leadership growth opportunitiesWhat You’ll DoLead and support daily fulfillment operations including shipping, receiving, and order processingMonitor operational performance to ensure quality, productivity, and on-time delivery standards are achievedPartner with department leadership to execute operational goals and continuous improvement initiativesProvide coaching, mentorship, and performance feedback to fulfillment team membersManage scheduling, attendance tracking, reporting, and administrative responsibilitiesCommunicate operational updates, staffing needs, and workflow challenges to leadership teamsResolve day-to-day operational issues while maintaining workflow efficiencyEnsure compliance with safety procedures, OSHA regulations, QMS standards, and company policiesSupport a positive, safe, and team-oriented work environmentWhat You’ll BringHigh school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor’s degree preferred5+ years of experience in fulfillment, warehousing, supply chain, or distribution operationsPrevious Supervisory Or Leadership Experience PreferredWorking knowledge of warehouse operations, fulfillment equipment, and warehouse management systemsStrong Microsoft Office and systems proficiencyExcellent communication, leadership, and organizational skillsStrong problem-solving and decision-making abilitiesAbility to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced operational environmentContinuous Improvement Or ISO/OSHA Experience PreferredWhy Join MPG?Millennium Print Group, a subsidiary of The Pokémon Company International, is the largest trading card printer in the world.
