Payroll Specialist - Up to $100,000 + Bonus - Hybrid, CTWe’re working with a growing company that is hiring a Payroll Specialist to support Payroll operations and play a key role in their Workday Implementation!You will be responsible for high-volume payroll, ensuring accuracy across all payments and deductions.Key Responsibilities: Process weekly payroll in partnership with the Payroll SupervisorReview payroll data for accuracy, including wages, overtime, bonuses, and deductionsMaintain payroll records and ensure compliance with payroll policies and regulationsRespond to employee payroll inquiries and resolve discrepanciesRole Requirements:4+ years of payroll experienceExperience with Workday, ADP, Paylocity, or similar systemStrong knowledge of payroll laws and compliance requirementsExperience with Workday is advantageous but not essential, as training will be provided if you haven't used Workday beforeExcel skills
