IT Support Specialist-MUST live in Sonoma County within 30 minutes from Santa Rosa branch
Employee MUST live in Sonoma County, California. This position will be 100% in office for at least the first few months with the possibility of becoming hybrid with three in-office days required per week, depending on job performance.
Proactively respond to and resolve IT helpdesk requests through the ticketing platform.
Assist with credit union staff onboarding and offboarding as it relates to IT and IT assets.
Assist with computer equipment setup, maintenance, and teardown, as required.
In collaboration with the IT team, manage and support ongoing projects in the IT department.
Install, configure, and maintain software, hardware, and Windows operating systems on workstations, laptops, and servers.
Perform Microsoft 365 employee administration tasks and monitoring, as necessary.
Perform Active Directory user administration, create user accounts and reset passwords in local Active Directory and Azure Active Directory.
Upgrade system hardware and software as appropriate.
Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several U.S. geographic markets, and we pay differently based on those defined markets. The U.S. pay range for this position is $23.00-$26.00. Pay within this range varies by work location and may also depend on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
