We’re seeking a dependable and motivated Order Picker/Warehouse Associate/Backup Delivery Driver to join our team. Key Responsibilities: * *Inventory Management*: Organize and maintain inventory to ensure accurate stock levels. * Check orders for accuracy and report shortages, damaged products, or discrepancies to the appropriate supervisor. * *Warehouse Maintenance*: Keep the warehouse and surrounding areas clean, organized, and safe. * *Delivery Support*: Assist with timely and professional customer deliveries using a company vehicle. * *Shipping & Receiving*: Help with loading and unloading deliveries. * *General Warehouse Duties*: Provide day-to-day support to keep operations running smoothly. * *Customer Service*: Interact with customers in a courteous, helpful manner to ensure excellent service. Experience & Skills Required: * *Warehouse:* 2+ years of experience, including inventory management, organization, and pallet wrapping * *Forklift Operation:* Trained or certified to operate a forklift, or willing to become certified * *Delivery:* 2+ years of experience delivering products or in a similar role * *Customer Service:* Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a customer-first mindset * *Teamwork:* Reliable, punctual, and willing to take initiative and assist where needed Why Join Powerstride Battery?
