Maintaining thorough documentation of all treatment activities, including monthly flow sheets and quarterly notes, will also be a key part of your routine, ensuring comprehensive and continuous care.Requirement:Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapist Assistant program.Current or eligible PTA license in the state of practice.
