Software Integration Engineer

Job Responsibilities:Leverage project management skills to manage a client’s integration with our servicesDebug software issues, investigate root causes, and recommend fixesBrief Program and/or Customer leadership; Communicate to clients and partners aspects of both the product and the implementation at the technical and functional level appropriate for the situationImplement, evolve, and support authentication, Single Sign On (SSO), Security Assertion Markup Language (SAML), federation, and cloud infrastructureImplement methods, standards, and approaches for describing, analyzing, and documenting an organization's enterprise IT architecturePerform software testing or validation procedures, improving the procedures as neededPerform system integration and experience integrating services from different systemsHelp remove impediments and raise larger issues to the Program LeadershipFeeding the CI/CD pipeline – requirements gathering through usability sessionsMinimum Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience with 8 years of relevant work experience or master’s degree with 6 years of prior relevant experienceSEC+ certification or DoD 8570 IAT Level II certification, or ability to attain certification within 60 days of startExcellent written and verbal communication skills and extensive experience working with externalDemonstrated ability to document processes/ proceduresAbility to troubleshoot software issues, investigate root causes, and recommend fixesAbility to recognize when the client requires customizations to a standard solutionAbility to debug software issues, investigate root causes, and recommend fixesAll candidates must be US CITIZENS to be considered for the position.Must have and be capable of maintaining a U.S. Department of Defense (DoD) security clearance at the required level and ability to pass a Counterintelligence Polygraph.
